Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not  give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, as most of our products are specifically manufactured to your design and/or cut to your requirements.

No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Ozzie Garden Sheds

However, we may agree for you to return some Boxed Sheds products, that are unopened at your cost, within 7 days of delivery for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. Please email us at sales@ozziegardensheds.com.au immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can reach a solution. Note: No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Ozzie Garden Sheds.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

All products must be returned in their original condition otherwise no refund will be given. All freight and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that you return the product via courier. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage of the goods during transit; therefore we advise you to take out shipping insurance with your courier provider. Ozzie Garden Sheds will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
